Who's that singing?
It's our friend and brother,
JonWesley Barnhill.

     JonWesley came to West Charleston in 2001, after "wandering in the wilderness" for several years.  Raised as a pastor's kid, and with a gift for music, he knew that there was something deep inside him which could only be expressed in song.
  Shortly after JonWesley, Jennifer, Devon, and Braeden began attending, JonWesley began to play guitar and lead our singing, but it quickly became so much more than that. 
    As he opened his heart in worship, God began to bless him with amazing worship songs.  He grew into a remarkable teacher, songwriter, and lead worshipper.  His leadership and influence is still evident in our worship today. 
After four years, God called the Barnhills to a position of ministry at First Baptist Church of Key Largo, Florida, where he serves as Minister of Worship.  We miss them terribly, and still consider them part of our WCBC family. 

We believe that we were created to worship!
What is worship?
It's God's kids telling Him how great He is!
We worship together every Sunday at 10:00 a.m.
